1. One or more potato mice

Ingredients

  • Raisins (to taste).
  • 4 potatoes (250 g).
  • 4 chives (200 g).
  • 3 chives (360 g).
  • 4 radishes (280 g).
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (45 g).
  • 1/2 glass of milk (120 mL).
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste).
  • 1/2 cup of grated enmental cheese (60 g).
  • 1 large stick of butter or margarine (30 g).

Preparation mode

  1. First, wash the potatoes well and bathe them with the olive oil.
  2. Then, put them in the oven at a temperature of 200 ° C and leave them there for 20-25 minutes.
  3. When you have the potatoes cooked and warm, remove the upper part and stir the potato content until its interior is empty. It only leaves a thin layer of potato as a wall.
  4. Mix the potato we remove with milk, grated Emmental cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
  5. Then, fill the inside of the potato with the previous mixture.
  6. Apply grated cheese to the potatoes and bake them again until golden brown.

2. Tomato and hamburger worm

  • 1 olive (1 g).
  • 2 cherry tomatoes (30 g).
  • 1 can of sweet corn (425 g).
  • 6 hamburger steaks (500 g).

Preparation mode

Preparation
