Ingredients:
- ½ kg of boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 green peppers
- 1 cup of onion cut in julienne
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup diced tomato
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt
- 2 cans of beans
- 1 package of tortillas
preparation:
- In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the onion and peppers. Cook about 5 minutes until tender.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and add it to the sauce. Stir it to absorb the flavors and when it is golden brown, add the tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook over low heat until dry
- Meanwhile, heat the tortillas in the pan.

Chicken nachos

Ingredients:
- 1 clean chicken breast
- 2 cubes of meat or chicken broth
- 1 can of fried tomato
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 1 pot of Greek or natural yogurt
- Coriander leaves, ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese or white cheese
- Nachos or tortilla chips
preparation:
- In a saucepan, put breasts chicken boiled with 1 liter of water, salt and bouillon cubes.
- When they have cooked, take them out and crumble them. Reserve the broth.
- Chop the cilantro as finely as possible and add it to the saucepan with the broth, add the chicken again and season to taste.
- Cook until the broth is reduced to one cup. Let it cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare the cream or sauce. To do this, mix the yogurt with the cream and season to taste.
- To finish: Put the nachos on a large plate to serve as a mattress or base. In a bowl or other metal container, pour the chicken with a little broth and place it in the center. In a smaller container, present the yogurt and cream cream and add the grated cheese.
Pesto chicken rolls
