  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (45 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of flour (15 g)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  • First, in a small saucepan put the water and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat until it comes to a boil and add the peas.
  • Cook for about 8 minutes, drain and also reserve the broth.
  • Next, dice the chives, the garlic clove finely and the bacon into cubes.
  • Then, pour oil into the pan and sauté the first two ingredients that you have chopped.
  • When they are golden brown, add the ham. Then the flour and finally the peas.

  • 1 shallot

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil (60 g)
