Baked salmon with potatoes and vegetables

In case you didn’t know, the trick of cooking meats like fish is found in the marinade. To do this, you will need a little time, as the salmon should be bathed with the wine and some spices and left in the refrigerator for at least 8 or 10 hours. For this reason, we recommend marines the night fish.

  1. The first thing to do is place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  2. Then add all the spices along with the wine, garlic, and salt.
  3. Next, cover the tray with the wrapping paper and put it in the refrigerator overnight. We assure you that the flavor of the fish will be great thanks to the marinade.
  4. Once that time has passed, peel and cut the vegetables and potatoes into slices or not very thick pieces.
  5. When you have the vegetables ready, preheat the oven to about 180ºC.
  6. Then, take the tray with the salmon out of the fridge, drain the juice a little (reserve this liquid) and add the vegetables, the leek and the oil. This will help the fish brown when baked.
  7. Bake at the same temperature as preheated, but first cover with aluminum foil.
  8. You should uncover and turn the steaks from time to time. After about 15 minutes add the juice from the marinade and bake another 15 minutes.
  9. To finish, remove from the oven, let it cool a bit and serve with the potatoes and vegetables. You can also add a little of the juice from the marinade to give it a better flavor.
  10. Ready, enjoy a delicious baked salmon.
