  • 2 chicken hindquarters
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Thyme, salt, pepper and paprika to taste

  • 600 g potatoes
  • Butter
  • Rosemary to taste

For the creamed spinach:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of thyme

  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 350 g of spinach
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

For the baked chicken:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of rosemary

Preparation

  • First, peel the potatoes and cut them into small slices. Then, cook in water with a little salt until they are tender.
  • Next, chop the onion into julienne strips and the garlic finely. Then fry in a pan with a few drops of oil. Season with thyme and nutmeg. Finally, put a tablespoon of butter and stir before adding the washed spinach.
  • Then wait for the vegetables to soften and pour in the cream and grated cheddar cheese.
  • When the potatoes are well cooked, drain and brown in another saucepan with butter and thyme.
  • Then, preheat oven to 200 ° C.
